Spinal Decompression at Home Exercises For Sciatica

Spinal decompression therapy is an effective way to get pain relief if you’re suffering from sciatica caused by herniated discs, a disc bulge, or degenerative disc disease.

Traditional forms of spinal decompression therapy include going to a chiropractor or physical therapist where you are placed on a disc decompression therapy machine.  Another option is buying an inversion table for home use.

In this video you’ll learn 3 spinal decompression at home exercises that may help you if you’re suffering from sciatica caused by disc herniations or degenerative disc disease.

Here’s what one of my Twitter followers said after trying one of the exercises I show in the video above:

The exercises are not complicated and their whole purpose is to use gravity and your body weight to your advantage.  Normally, gravity is pushing down on your spine and discs, putting more pressure on nerves.  These stretches will help you do the opposite.

Pick one of the exercises and see which one feels better for you.  During the stretch (decompression), hold it for 10 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds.  Repeat this 5 to 10 minutes in the morning and do it again in the afternoon.
